Having established Crystal Shore Properties in 2005 I have seen many changes within the real estate industry but for me, one thing is and will always remain the same; to provide a professional and personal service throughout the journey of our clients purchasing their luxury property abroad. Our team all have the same work ethic and ethos and that is to make the journey exciting, informative, enjoyable, but most of all, as stress free as possible!

 

In 2019 I had a different vision for Crystal Shore Properties and decided to change the concept of being a real estate agent only based in Spain. A new team was developed in the UK offering a bespoke specialised consultancy service to our UK based clients. Our UK clients now experience a personal visit by our highly qualified sales team on a consultation basis, so as we can offer a personal service in the comfort of their own home or a professional meeting environment. Our aim is simple; to provide a private, professional, enthusiastic, efficient reliable and trustworthy service to all of our clients.

The Marbella lifestyle still holds its kudos as one of the favourite locations for the rich and famous. Many people do not realise that Marbella is actually also a very Spanish town. This gives it a cosmopolitan air, with a sense of cool. The old part of the town is simply beautiful, with pretty cobbled lanes leading to the central ‘Orange Square’, bougainvillea plants trailing off their walls, little boutiques and some excellent authentic restaurants, tapas bars, and street cafés. It is home to one of the most beautiful promenades in Spain, lined with up-market restaurants as well as the glitzy harbour with a range of trendy places to eat and drink.

Just about every sporting activity is also catered for in Marbella, including world class tennis, sailing, golf, equestrian and skiing. If you are looking for luxury, glamour and excitement, then Puerto Banus is the playground for the international jet set. Privately owned super-yachts fill the harbour, luxury sports cars and high-end designer shops line the streets and top-quality restaurants and bars are everywhere. Puerto Banus is the place be seen.
